i wear blue contacts and i have really long eye lashes i curl them first with an eye lash curler and i sue a really good mascara and my eye lashes look great but they dont exactly pop.. how do i get them to look amazing? & pop

My eyes are small, and not only that, but my eyelashes are really thin! When I put mascara on, they are decently long, but so thin! Any ideas on makeup tip to make my eyelashes thicker and I love the cat eye look…..Please help
