When I was younger I over tweezed my brows big time and they still havent grown back! Ive been drawing them on and i hate doing it! Please help!! Thanks in advance!

If you tweese a hair over and over again, sooner or later it will never grow back. Sorry.
I suggest putting castor oil on your eyebrows before you go to bed. Castor oil is known to increase hair growth especially for eyebrows. You can find the oil in your local beauty store, maybe sally beauty. Every case is different so I don’t know if it will work for you, but it worth trying. You have to do this process for about 2 weeks before you see results.
I fell into this trap as a young girl. What I had to do was stop plucking completely (in some cases giving my tweezers to someone else). And cutting cute bangs/fringe to cover my forehead a bit while my eyebrows were regrowing.
Once you get enough regrowth to define an eyebrow shape fill it in with a matte eyeshadow/eyebrow powder/eyebrow pencil 1-2 shades lighter than the hair. Keep in mind that some sections may take several months to re-grow (or in some cases not at all) from all the plucking.
