Pretty often people say to me “omg you have gorgeous eyes”. My friends say it out of nowhere and when their trying to change the topic if i get “mad” at them.Seriously i never thought brown eyes were pretty. I mean so many people have them, whats so special?I have long brown i guess you could say” taylor swift” hair(aparently hair has to do with how your eyes look). I also have long-ish natural eyelashes. I wear a drop of mascara and once in a while wear eye liner but when im not wearing nothing are my brown eyes really that pretty?my bf has started saying it to me now and i feel special but i need an honest opinion? and what does it mean when he just stares into my eyes?

it depends if it’s light or dull brown.
Generally, brown eyes don’t stand out, but you may be an exception.
IMO Green eyes are the prettiest.
I don’t think their that pretty either. I have brown eyes, too. maybe, it’s just personal preference. I’ve been told I have pretty eyes, but not cause they’re brown.

Different people like different things. Some, like yourself, aren’t particularly fond of brown eyes while others adore them. Don’t question it, embrace it.
It’s not just the EYEs it’s also the things that complement the eyes like how big/small your eyes are, the shape of the eye, the eyelashes, the size of the pupil, the color of the skin around the eyes (tan? ect), hair (long bangs? color?, ect), and so on.
It probably has to do with more than just the color itself, like you mentioned, lashes and eye shape too, however, there are many shades of brown and some of them are more attractive than others.
My sister has really dark chocolately colored eyes with lush eyelashes. My mom has yellowish or honey-brown colored eyes. I have brown with a hint of green in the center and a darker outer rim. I tend to find unique shades like green, hazel or gray the most interesting but brown certainly doesn’t have to equal boring.
My favorite color is brown of any shade.
Why? It’s the color of my eyes.
For fifteen long years, I have come to appreciate my eye color for it gives me simply a lift. Not only for it is natural but for its extremely noticeable kind. Why? Because it is light brown, as I have read one time, the eye color is about reflection of ambient light from the structure of the iris. People with lightly colored irises note that their eye color changes according to the colors they wear. No mystery there for I have proved that the resultant apparent color of the eye is the combination of the color reflected from one’s clothing ( or even eye make up) and is not always what you might expect.
So in conclusion, he best colors for me are the light ones and i eagerly suggest light hazel brown.
